There it is, burning so bright on your 65" 4K television set, asking no questions and demanding no explanations of you. But what might you ask of yourself during those moments between December 26 and January 1....

Where have I been? Where am I going? Do I like the person I am becoming? Am I still capable of change? I find myself rolling these thoughts around in my head during this time of year - and maybe you do too. So I've made a soundtrack that might see us through.
